RCI auction closes June 14

RCILot3.jpgRare Coin Investments (RCI)  will be conducting its seventh mail-bid auction of rare Morgan and Peace silver dollar varieties with the mailing of its Spring, 2006 issue of Top 100 Insights and Value Guide

One of the featured items is an 1878 VAM 14.5 Morgan, graded ANACS 50.

Of the piece, the cataloger writes, ?A relatively high grade specimen of a rare Morgan dollar variety in which less than about 50 specimens are known to exist. The finest known is only AU-58. AU or better specimens typically trade in the $2,000-plus range or higher.?
