The Palm Beach Coin Club closed out the year with a record membership of 358 paid due members. This number eclipsed last years total of 329.
Club President Tony Swicer attributes these totals to a 50 table monthly coin show that signs up three to four new members every month along with aggressive club recruiters like Vice President Richard Spencer, who signed up 11 new members in 2012.
The club supports local school coin clubs. Members speak at libraries, schools, and civic organizations. The club is active with two meetings a month, free bus trips to the FUN shows, a club picnic, estate auctions, scholarships to the ANA summer seminar, and much more.
