Mystery series spotlights paper

Continental Currency is the vehicle used for an episode of the Public Broadcasting System?s popular ?History Dectectives.?

On July 2, an episode will focus on a $6 bill of the United Colonies dated Feb. 17, 1776, found in a book in the home of a family in Omaha, Neb.

Whether the bill is real or fake will be answered as the show?s host, Gwen Wright, travels to New York City to investigate.

The hour-long episode will be broadcast at 9 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
