The fall 2006 51st anniversary convention of the Michigan State Numismatic Society will be held on its traditional Thanksgiving weekend, Nov. 24-26, in Dearborn, Mich.
Craig A. Whitford Numismatic Auctions will conduct a 2,466-lot auction of U.S. and world material on Friday and Saturday evenings at the show (see related story on Page 22).
Other show features include a bourse, educational forums and exhibits.
Admission and parking are free. Show hours are Friday, 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m.; and Sunday, 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Dealer set-up time is Thursday, Nov. 23, 4-7 p.m.
The convention will take place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 1 Fairlane Drive (Michigan Avenue and Southfield), in Dearborn, Mich. Hotel phone is (313) 593-1234.
