CPMX and CICF show schedules outlined

The 22nd Annual Chicago Paper Money Exposition and the 41st annual Chicago International Coin Fair will be held in spring 2016 in Rosemont, Ill.

CPMX will be held Friday through Sunday, March 18-20, 2016, at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare, 5440 North River Road, Rosemont, Ill.

The 2016 event will again feature a stellar bourse of dealers from around the world and a major auction by Lyn Knight Currency Auctions of Overland Park, Kan.

Dealer setup is on Thursday, March 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It will be followed by the Professional Preview from 2 to 6 p.m. Admission is $50.

The public may attend Friday and Saturday, March 18-19, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, March 20,  from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a $5 admission that covers all both days. Admission on Sunday is free, but there is likely to be a limited number of dealers on the bourse floor.

CICF will be held April 14-17, 2016, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill. The bourse will be located in Hall B, which is directly off the main entrance lobby.

Heritage Auctions will conduct the official auction at the 41st annual Chicago International Coin Fair.

CICF opens Thursday, April 14, with dealer setup from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Professional Preview will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. April 14. The entry fee is $50.
